Good to hear from you. Outdoor flight is a risky thing to do but if you’re not willing to take that risk you can always do indoor flight (around the house or in a gym)

Just be aware of in house dangers before you let the wings grow out.

Dangers include:

Ceiling fans,
Windows,
Mirrors,
Open Toilette,
Deep standing water in a sink or bucket
Electrical chords,
other pets,
Hot stoves

If he’s clipped he will be easier to manage but he will miss out on a lot of the bird experience. Most people in the US clip because they say it’s safer but if you are careful, a flighted bird will be just as safe. I’m all for letting the feathers grow out.

MORE VIDEOS OF PIXEL! Do you have any of him taking a bath? Birds like to take baths! I’d also like to see him eating some popcorn or some nuts or some other kinds of delicious foods!
